Don't give it a miss!

With the snow and rain and unavoidable course closures it is very easy to ‘give it a miss’ regarding your golf now when the opposite should be the case. This is an ideal time to spend some time on our range and start preparing your game for the weeks and months ahead.

Whether you wish to practice, have lessons or have a fitting with some of the new exciting products about to be launched this really is the time to pay the range a visit or two.

Of course if you time it correctly you can still enjoy a pint and some food afterwards!

As you can see it's not just the world's elite trying new models. Here you can see our Vice Captain trying the PING G400 SF fairway against his own G20 model and discovering another 20 yards!

Pros long drive challenge

Those of you who have been practicing lately may have seen TJ , Luke and myself ‘competing’ in our longest drive contest. Having claimed the lead in the opening session, TJ then stepped up a gear and flexed his muscles to lead on 311yards but………………I am delighted to say there is still a bit of life in the ‘old boy’ and I am milking the fact I currently have the lead at 323 yards.

I am sure however this is temporary!
