What do you consider as the start of the season?
The April Medal?
The Masters on TV?
or..................... John Ross starts wearing his shorts!
Maybe it's simply the fact the clocks have changed and there is more opportunity to play. Regardless of your answer it is full steam ahead from now on.
On that note how ready are you for the weeks/months ahead?
One of our bold claims in recent emails was that if you have not had a fit or a lesson recently you will be reading about someone who has. Guess what............................................
Congratulations to Graham Hartwell and Phil Pacey who won the winter Knockout last weekend and also congratulations to Mel Satterthwaite & Judy Baines who won the Ladies comp.

Make sure you get an early night on Friday ready for the season opener on Saturday. White tees for the first time this year including the new ones! I don't want to give you nightmares, but take a look at the 16th. Wow! Very exciting and good luck!
The range continues to be incredibly busy which is fantastic to see. There is never a perfect time to collect balls, but we will need to close on Friday between 3-4pm and on Saturday between 4-5pm.
After the winter period lots of balls will crack and indeed some old 1.62" balls have also appeared in our collection. If you discover any of these in your basket please put them in the bin rather than knock them onto the range and this will help us to get rid of them. We do try to "filter" them out when washing them but this is not easy when hundreds of balls at a time are flying past you!
